- CHAMOMILE TEA -

You have to know that is important to have a good sleeping, because it's the time in where we can recharge energies to have a good day. Nowadays many people are having problems to sleep. So, If you have difficulties to sleep, chamomile is the solution for you. For years chamomile has been a natural and helpful medicine to treat insomnia and to induce sedation. This natural medicine has many benefits to induce sleeping, one of them is that can make you feel relaxed and sleepy, but this all effects are caused because of its chemical structure. This plant has apigenin, a chemical compound that cause a sedative effect, decreasing anxiety and initiating sleep when it binds to the GABA receptors in the brain.


According to Scientifics, to have a good stimulation of this tea, you should drink one cup of chamomile tea about 45 minutes before bed because that will give your body enough time to metabolize the tea´s chemical compounds to induce sleepiness. In addition, to make this tea you have to put water in a bowl with some pieces of the chamomile plant, and then boil it for a few minutes, and finally, you can drink it.


Well, I 100% recommend you this tea, because it has a lot of benefits in many aspects, in this case for sleep, and it also is easy to make it.  But it is important to consider that if you are allergic to the daisy family, you might also be allergic to chamomile.
