Nowadays many people are having problems to sleep. So, If you have difficulties to sleep, chamomile is the solution for you. For years chamomile has been a natural and helpful medicine to treat insomnia and to induce sedation. This natural medicine has many benefits to induce sleeping, one of them is that can make you feel relaxed and sleepy, but this all effects are caused because of its chemical structure.
